Control what gets written to .nfo files when you export.

Auto-sync NFOs on save
When on, every entry edit immediately writes its NFO. When off, you write manually from the dirty list.
Export bio details
When on, anatomical and body-detail fields are included in person NFO exports (per-field per-person overrides still apply).
